THE FOUNDER / WILL REEDY
About Me
The career, the journey, and the grit behind the strategy.

GOOGLE / ENTERPRISE ADVERTISING
The Ad Side
My path into digital marketing started at Miami University, where I established a borderline-obsessive affinity for Mad Men. My marketing classes and the show’s weekly releases perfectly aligned and lit a fascination in me with the psychology of advertising and the art of a great story.
Since then, my career has been an exciting ride through the industry’s heavyweights. I cut my teeth in the agency world at Publicis and Dentsu, where I gained expertise in enterprise-level advertising strategy for massive brands like Lowe’s and Comcast. From there, I moved to Channel Factory, where I spent time helping Google clients develop and deploy their video advertising strategies at scale. Eventually, I made the jump to Google itself, serving as an Account Representative for enterprise-level clients investing heavily in SA360. It was an amazing masterclass, but after years of scaling things for tech giants and major networks, I decided it was time to build something of my own.

EUROPE / LUXEMBOURG TO 15+ COUNTRIES
Travel Side
Before I dug into the corporate world, my perspective got flipped (or you might say I got cultured) when I studied and lived abroad in Luxembourg. That experience kicked off a major streak of backpacking through over 15 European countries, and my obsession with experiencing new cultures continues today.
Living out of a suitcase taught me how to adapt fast, which came in handy when navigating the fast-paced energy of New York City and Chicago—two cities I’ve been lucky enough to call home. My journey is as much about where I’ve been as it is about the stories I’ve gathered along the way.

MARATHON / CHICAGO + LA
Workout Side
When I’m not building the business, I’m usually out on the pavement. I’ve always found that the grit it takes to survive entrepreneurship is the exact same discipline you need when you lace up your running shoes. I’m a believer in getting comfortable being uncomfortable—whether that means pushing through a mental block at work or a wall on the track.
I’m an avid long-distance runner, and some of my favorite milestones have been crossing the finish lines at the Chicago Marathon and the LA Marathon. These days, you can usually find me keeping that momentum going on my daily runs along the Chicago lakefront. I believe in consistent morning routines and pushing personal limits every single day.
Let’s build something that moves.
